How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times usually range between 4 and 7 business days.

Update: Most packages are delivered faster within the Netherlands!
In general, your order should arrive within 5 business days.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If more than 7 business days have passed and you haven’t received your order or a payment confirmation, please email us at Revora.info@gmail.com.
We’ll look into the issue and track your shipment for you.

 

I’d like to exchange or return my order — how can I do that?

To return a product, please contact our customer service team at Revora.info@gmail.com.
Include your full name and order number (e.g. #0000) from your confirmation email.
We’ll provide you with the return address.
Once you receive it, you can send the product back using the carrier of your choice.

How much does it cost to return a product?

What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used
