If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the conditions below.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at Revora.info@gmail.com with your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and a short note indicating you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Once your request has been received, we’ll guide you through the return process.
2. Refund Eligibility
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
Only the return shipping fees are your responsibility.
These fees are approximately $20 per parcel (check our website for current rates).
To qualify for a refund, please make sure that:

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Revora.info@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
